Having been a nurse for many years and having multiple other surgeries, I felt Dr Metwally demonstrated compassion, respect, and unparalleled skill in performing my robot total joint replacement. His encouragement and empathy were instrumental in my recovery. Within 6 weeks of my surgery I was able to go camping and play with my grandchildren. Prior to my surgery this would have never been possible. I found his office staff to be professional and courteous. They returned my calls in a timely manner, and often I was able to speak to a nurse right away. I already have plans to replace my other knee within a year.
