Today I had the good fortune of a consultation with Yaser Metwally. My knees are a mess. I have significant stability problems. Many providers claim miracle results. Given my lifestyle, he determined that knee replacement was not a good solution for me as there are alternatives.
Dr. Metwally changed my life; I have been so greatful
After having one partial knee replacement in 2005 in the Bay area, which broke, I had a full replacement in San Francisco on the same knee in 2006. I moved to Medford and was unable to walk more than a few steps without severe pain. Dr. Metwally did the third surgery on that same knee. When I was discharged from the hospital, my knee had over a 90 degree bend. My recovery was so much easier and faster than the prior two surgeries in the San Francisco area. Dr. Metwally did the other knee two years later which was very successful also.
If it was not for Dr. Metwally I would not be walking today
If it was not for Dr. Metwally I would not be walking today he did a complete Hip Replacement on both Hips in 2008. This man is amazing and now I’m going to him for my knees. I will never go to anyone else as long as he is still working. Ty Dr. Metwally for giving me walking without pain.

Dr Metwally replaced my left knee in August 2017. Having been a nurse for many years and having multiple other surgeries, I felt Dr Metwally demonstrated compassion, respect, and unparalleled skill in performing my robot total joint replacement.
